FORTE is a leading warehouse automation and warehouse execution software (WES) company focused on optimizing distribution centers for many of the world’s fastest growing companies.
FORTE’s proposal documentation was a hodge-podge of materials without consistent vision, messaging, or content. The sales team was looking for a way to make their document stacks more consistent and a better representation of their brand. In addition, reviews between team members were taking an excessive amount of time because it was unclear whether changes had been made to boilerplate content.
CI recommended an update to the entire document stack that would enable certain parts of their proposal templates to be locked. In addition, CI built brand new proposal templates for the entire document stack with new branding, covers, naming conventions, and more concise content.
The new templates helped FORTE win business at launch and continued to serve as a useful tool in FORTE’s proposal process moving forward.
